PondPulse does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The game itself runs entirely offline and has no user accounts. The only thing that uses a network connection is an in-app purchase, and that is handled end to end by Google Play - we never see or receive your payment details.

Data We Collect

None. We operate no servers and receive nothing from your device.

• We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or any third-party SDK.
• We do not request any device permissions of our own. The Google Play Billing library adds com.android.vending.BILLING, INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, used only to reach Google Play's own purchase and restore flow.
• We do not have user accounts or sign-in.
• We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or device identifiers.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your game state is saved only on your own device, in the system's standard local storage, and is never transmitted to us. It consists of:

• How many stars you earned on each pond you have solved, and which bonus ponds you have cleared.
• Your best result in each Splash Rush length.
• The hints you have left, and which ponds you have already used a hint on.
• Which shop items you have unlocked, the theme, pond friend and lily pad you have equipped, and how your own pond is arranged.
• Your coin balance, your daily streak, and which daily quests and milestones you have met.
• For anything bought with real money: the product id and Google Play's purchase token.
• Your settings: vibration on/off and the chosen language.

None of this identifies you. Deleting the app removes it from your device.

Device Backup

PondPulse uses the operating system's standard app backup, which is enabled by default. This means your device may include the saved game state above in its own backup to your personal Google account, so your progress can return when you set up a new device. That backup is handled by the operating system and your own account - it does not pass through us, and we cannot read it. You can turn it off in your device's system backup settings.

No Ads, and How Purchases Work

PondPulse is free to play and contains no advertising and no subscriptions. Most of the game - every pond up to 300, the Daily Pond, Splash Rush, the quests and every coin price in the shop - is reachable without paying anything.

There are optional one-time in-app purchases: a premium upgrade, a hint pack, three coin packs, five pond friends and three themes. They are bought through Google Play Billing, and that means:

• We never see your payment details. Card numbers, billing addresses and the like go to Google Play and never reach us or any server of ours - we operate no servers at all.
• What we store is what you bought, on your device only. When Play confirms a purchase, the app writes the product it granted and Play's purchase token into the same local storage as the rest of your game state. The token is kept so that a purchase interrupted half-way cannot be granted twice; it identifies the transaction, not you.
• Restoring works through Google Play. "Restore purchases" in the shop asks Play what your Google account already owns. Your Google account is your relationship with Google, not with us - we receive no account name, email address or identifier from it.

Google's own handling of a purchase is covered by the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because we collect no data, there is nothing for us to access, share, delete, or export on your behalf. You can erase your progress at any time from inside the game: Settings → Reset progress. Uninstalling the app also removes the locally stored progress from your device.

Children's Privacy

PondPulse is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the app's store declarations will be updated before the change ships. The date at the top reflects the current version.
